Home buying 101- If you can't get a loan from the bank, you can't get a house!

It sounds like common sense, but time and time again I see buyers who have a fallen in love with their dream home, have been pre-approved for the cost and have to see the deal fall apart because of financing.  Anything can affect the way the bank sees the credibility of your loan, so be sure to keep your financing clean!!!!

Make sure you don't overdraft, write checks that won't clear or dip into your checking too deep.  Make sure you keep as much money in your checking and savings account as possible.  It could make the difference in getting or losing your dream home!
