Ridgeview at Stetson Hills- Market Analysis

As you can see by the above statistics, the market in Ridgeview specifically is getting better.  Across the board the statistics are showing that homes are selling for more money, faster and more often than they were this time last year.  This is a great sign for a couple reasons: 1. obviously, the housing market in this local pocket is improving. and 2. the more expensive areas are not showing nearly as encouraging signs.  This means that Ridgeview residents hoping to up-size are in a great place to do that: a perfect scenario where their home will sell (relatively) fast and for a fair amount of money, while the home they may want to purchase can be possibly bought for 70 cents on the dollar.
