This neighborhood is known for it's long list of amenities and fantastic sense of community. The neighborhood is home to Banning Lewis Academy, a K-8 school that has quickly developed a fantastic reputation for quality education. The neighborhood also offers many community parks and walking trails, a splash water park, a community center with gym, outdoor tennis courts, and so much more. BLR also hosts community events such as a Summer Concert Series, an annual Pig Roast, kids sporting activities and a long list of community events that help acquaint you with your neighbors and give you an established feeling within the neighborhood.

Banning Lewis Ranch has been built with several quality builders, including Classic Homes, Oakwood Homes, and Covington Homes. The mix of builders, home sizes and floorplans gives the neighborhood a diverse feel and gives you a great blend of styles to choose from. The largest drawback for many buyers within BLR will be the smaller lot sizes, and lack of privacy fencing. The community only allows ranch style fencing, which does limit some dog owners.
